Alex Atzberger is the CEO of Optimizely. Alex joined Episerver in 2019 after spending nearly 15 years with SAP, where he was President of SAP Customer Experience and previously President of SAP Ariba and Chief of Staff to the Office of the CEO. In 2013, Alex was selected as a Young Global Leader by the World Economic Forum, and he holds an MBA from Harvard Business School.

Alex is a board member of Rescuing Leftover Cuisine, a nonprofit which connects restaurants with excess food to those in need. A passionate devotee of chocolate, he is a co-founder of the Wonderbon Chocolate Co., and lives with his wife and dogs in New York City.

Myles Johnson is Executive Vice-President and Chief Financial Officer at Optimizely, responsible for managing and driving financial performance. Prior to joining Optimizely, Myles was Chief Financial Officer at Cision EMEA, Group Financial Director at Gorkana, and Managing Director in the telecoms, media and technology practice of UBS Investment Bank.

Myles has a BSc. Hons. in Economics and Accounting from Bristol University in the U.K. and is currently based in the London area.

Kirsten Allegri Williams is Chief Marketing Officer of Optimizely, where she leads global marketing and communication strategy. Prior to joining Optimizely, Kirsten was Chief Marketing Officer for SAP SuccessFactors, the world’s leading provider of technology solutions for Human Resources. As Vice President, Corporate Marketing at SAP Ariba, Kirsten relaunched both brand and digital presence, and also led partnerships with the United Nations to help businesses forge sustainable supply chains.

She is a graduate of Santa Clara University with a B.S. in Political Science and B.A. in Music, and received her Master of Music degree from the Manhattan School of Music. Kirsten is a critically acclaimed mezzo soprano. She is based in New York City and lives in New Jersey with her husband and their two children.

Chad Wolf is Executive Vice-President and Chief Customer Officer at Optimizely, the voice of the customer and responsible for relationships with the global customer base. Prior to joining Optimizely he held the Senior Vice-President for Global Services position at Verint and at KANA Software.

Chad has a masters in Industrial Engineering from Kansas State University. He is an active investor in technology start-ups, assisting with go-to-market and revenue-generating activities. He plays golf and is a DIY enthusiast, and is based in Overland, Kansas.

Eric Anderson is Chief Revenue Officer at Optimizely, responsible for refining global business development, sales, and partner alliance strategy in order to maximize revenue growth. Prior to joining Optimizely, he held Chief Revenue Officer positions at Spredfast and Return Path. He is a current board member of Circle Suite and Inside Out Solutions.

Eric studied Business Management at San Jose University, and is currently based in the San Francisco Bay Area.

Laura Thiele is Chief People Officer at Optimizely, responsible for HR strategy and HR execution. Laura leads an amazing team of colleagues focused on talent acquisition, retention, development, transformation, operations, and culture. Previously she was Head of HR of SAP Ariba and SAP Customer Experience. Laura holds a bachelor’s degree from James Madison University and a master’s from Villanova University, and taught HR technology there as well. She resides in Phoenixville, PA with her husband and three teen boys.

Aniel Sud is Chief Technology Officer at Optimizely, responsible for all products (Optimizely Digital Experience Cloud, Optimization-as-a-service, Content Cloud, Commerce Cloud, and Intelligence Cloud) and the global staff that build them. Prior to joining Optimizely, he was Senior Director of Software Development at Ektron, which merged with Episerver in 2015.

Aniel has a B.S. in Computer Engineering from Drexel University and is based in Hollis, New Hampshire.

Fredrik Tjärnberg is Senior Vice-President, Expansion & Strategy at Optimizely, responsible for global growth strategy and planning. Prior to joining Optimizely, Fredrik had roles in software and systems at OMX and Microsoft.

Fredrik studied at the KTH Royal Institute of Technology in Stockholm, where he is currently based.

Peter Yeung is Chief Information Officer and General Counsel at Optimizely, responsible for security, compliance, data protection and privacy. Prior to joining Optimizely, he was Senior Vice-President of Sales and Marketing and General Counsel at Mediachase.

Peter has a Juris Doctorate in Business and International Law in from American University of Washington College of Law as well as a masters in Information Systems Management from Carnegie Mellon. He is based in London, England.

Justin Anovick is the Chief Product Officer at Optimizely, responsible for product strategy, product management and the technology partner program. Justin’s career spans sales, pre-sales and professional services. Before joining Optimizely, he was Vice-President Product Strategy and Engagement Management at Verint.

Justin studied Communications and Media Studies at Belmont University. He hosts Optimizely’s internal variety show "Episodes,” and lives with his wife and children outside of Charlotte, North Carolina.

Jessica Dannemann is Senior Vice-President, Head of Worldwide Partner Ecosystem at Optimizely, responsible for relationships with a global network of hundreds of partners. She is the former CMO of Episerver, and prior to joining the company filled a number of senior Asia Pacific marketing leadership positions at Epicor Software, based in Sydney and Singapore.

Jessica studied Business IT at Nackademin in Stockholm. She has travelled much with work, but enjoys staying close to her Swedish roots, and is currently based in Stockholm.
